Storage Information

Macarons don’t have to be refrigerated, but they do maintain their flavour and texture more optimally for longer if refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 7 to 10 days from delivery date.

Macarons can also be frozen for up to one month, we recommend freezing them as soon as they are delivered.

If you can, we recommend you pop the sealed tray in an airtight container to ensure no moisture gets in when storing in the fridge or freezer.

Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature. To take full advantage of their textures and flavours, we recommend that you take them out of the fridge around 15 minutes before tasting.
