We can deliver 7 days a week across the UK and have 3 methods of getting your order to you: by Royal Mail, DX Courier and collection. Not all of our products are suitable for posting so please check which method below is best for your order.

You can select your preferred delivery date and delivery method at checkout and can even order now but defer your delivery over the next 6 months. Please note that delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED - we do our very best to get all orders dispatched to arrive as close to the requested delivery date as possible. Therefore if you are ordering for a special occasion or event, we advise you select a delivery date a day or 2 in advance of when your macarons or treats are needed.

Please include a phone number AND email address for the recipient or yourself to receive delivery updates.
If you do not, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries, as our couriers may need a way to reach you if there are any issues.

Please take an extra moment to ensure the delivery address is correct. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the address and there may potentially be a charge to get it changed.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you order from us with sufficient lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from non-shipment or late delivery that is beyond our control.

Delivery time: Sent with Royal Mail or DX Couriers - Fully tracked. Currently 95% of orders arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however can take up to 2 days to arrive. Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday 8am – 6pm. Excluding bank holidays or public holidays.

Place your order by 10am Monday to Friday for same day dispatch. Orders placed after 10am will be processed the following weekday, unless an advanced delivery date is selected.

If a future delivery date is selected at checkout and we'll dispatch your order 1-2 weekdays before, so that it arrives as close to the date chosen.

Please note that delivery dates are NOT GUARANTEED - we do our very best to get all orders dispatched to arrive as close to the requested delivery date as possible. Therefore if you are ordering for a special occasion or event, we advise you select a delivery date a day or 2 in advance of when your macarons or treats are needed.

If a weekend delivery date is selected, please ensure you choose the weekend delivery as your shipping option, If standard shipping is selected your order may not be shipped to arrive until the next available week day delivery.

A Royal Mail or DX tracking link will be emailed on the day of dispatch so you can track the journey of your order. Both couriers typically show you a 2 hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery. You will receive emails / text notifications with the delivery slot and will have the ability to rearrange delivery at a more suitable time or select a leave safe option.

*Not available for delivery on Mondays. Additional shipping charges may apply for shipping to Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland or if Weekend delivery is selected.

Delivery time: Sent with DX or Royal Mail, will require a signature upon delivery - Fully tracked next day service. 98% of orders arrive the next day. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. Excluding bank holidays or public holidays.

Collection time: Place your order before 10am Monday to Friday for same day collection from 12noon to 4pm. You can select a future weekday collection date at checkout.

Just choose the date & time you'd like to collect at checkout and select "Collect from Bakery" as your delivery method.

*It can take up to 4 working days for any bespoke or personalised products to be prepared and ready for collection and we will let you know by email when these are ready to collect.

When collecting your order please have either your order confirmation email or a form of ID with you.
