FAQs

MACARONS & TREATS

How long will my macarons last?

Our macarons will keep well for 5 – 7 days if kept in their box and in the fridge. If you can, we recommend you pop the box in an airtight container to keep them fresher for a little longer.

Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature. To take full advantage of their textures and flavours, we recommend that you take them out of the fridge around 15 minutes before tasting.

Are all of your macarons gluten free?

The majority of our macarons are free from gluten. For the ease of our customers with food intolerances we have listed all of the ingredients contained in our macarons under the ingredients tabs found in the descriptions of each individual product. Here you will be able to explore our range of flavours and find the perfect macaron for you.

Do all of your macarons contain chocolate?

Not all of our macarons contain chocolate. We offer a variety of fillings within each collection of flavours offering a combination of rich ganaches, buttercreams, caramels & curds.

Are all of your macarons vegetarian friendly?

Yes, all our macarons are suitable for vegetarians. We use Agar Agar in our gels & jellies. Agar Agar is a natural vegan and vegetarian friendly substitute for gelatin.

I would like to order as a gift, can I include a message?

Yes you can. Greeting cards can be purchased along with your order. Space is provided for you to include your personalised message. Which we will handwrite and include with your order.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

I’m worried that my macarons will arrive broken.

We have worked very hard on our postal packaging and we take every care when packaging our macarons to ensure they arrive safely and securely so they will arrive in one piece. However, we do rely on responsible postmen and women and we cannot take responsibility for mishandling by couriers. We cannot offer a 100% guarantee that every macaron arrives intact. We'll always try our best to handle any queries about this.

 Where do you ship to?

We ship orders across the United Kingdom, using Royal Mail as our third-party shipping provider. We also offer a curb side pickup service for local orders. Pickup dates are Tuesday to Thursday between 4pm & 6pm. Once your order is placed, you will be notified by email confirming your collection date and time. Please bring your confirmation email with you, when you come to collect your order.

Will you include prices of the order in the parcel?

No we don’t. We know that many of our customers give macarons as gifts and it is our standard packaging process that we don’t include pricing details on the packing slips.

When will my macarons arrive?

We ship our macarons & treats throughout the United Kingdom using Royal Mail as our third party shipping provider. We use either their first class signed for, 24 hour tracked or special delivery guaranteed by 1pm delivery service. Postage fees from - £4.85.

You can see Royal Mail for their full terms and conditions.

We dispatch orders Tuesday to Thursday (with the exception of bank holidays). As we make our Macarons & treats fresh to order, please allow 3 to 5 business days for your macarons & treats to be dispatched.

If you have selected an advance delivery date, please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will do our best to get your order shipped to arrive as close to your selected date as possible.

You will receive a notification when we prepare your order for shipping and another notification with estimated time of delivery from Royal Mail.

We are seeing that Royal Mail is experiencing some delays with parcels; some customers are reporting their macarons arriving on the 2nd working day or the morning of the 3rd. Please bear with us and reach out if you have concerns, but in the first instance, the Royal Mail Track and Trace system should be your first port of call.

The tracking number isn’t working, what can I do and where is my parcel?

Although your tracking number is sent to you immediately after we pack and seal your box, it sometimes takes a few hours for it to get scanned and placed into the system so don’t worry if it doesn’t come up right away.

If you are worried about where it is, Royal Mail are best suited to handle enquiries and locate your parcel. Try calling on 03457 740 740.

What about special occasions like Christmas and Easter, do you deliver then?

As we use Royal Mail for our deliveries, we are subject to their working hours over bank holidays. We will send as close as we can to the special day but this may mean your macarons arrive a couple of days before the specific public holiday.  All customers will be sent a tracking number with which you can track your parcel and be kept in the loop during seasonal holidays.
