Macarons don’t have to be refrigerated, but they do maintain their flavour and texture more optimally for longer if refrigerated. Best enjoyed within 7 to 10 days from delivery date.

Macarons can also be frozen for up to one month, we recommend freezing them as soon as they are delivered.

If you can, we recommend you pop the sealed tray in an airtight container to ensure no moisture gets in when storing in the fridge or freezer.

Macarons are best enjoyed at room temperature. To take full advantage of their textures and flavours, we recommend that you take them out of the fridge around 15 minutes before tasting.

We have been working very hard behind the scenes to bring you a range of Vegan Macarons, and we are pleased to say we have now launched our very first Vegan Macarons.

Yes, we do. All of our Vegan Macarons are dairy-free.

The majority of our macarons are free from gluten, however our macarons & treats are made in an environment where gluten is used and therefore we can not guarantee they are 100% gluten free. We do however take every precaution to ensure there is no cross contamination.

For the ease of our customers with food intolerances we have listed all of the ingredients contained in our macarons under the flavours & ingredients tabs within each product listing or on the Flavour Menu page. Here you will be able to explore our range of flavours and find the perfect macaron for you.

Not all of our macarons contain chocolate. We offer a variety of fillings within each collection of flavours offering a combination of rich ganaches, buttercreams, caramels, curds & gels.

The chocolate we use in our regular macarons & treats is from Callebaut - The Finest Belgian Chocolate. Callebaut sources 100% sustainable cocoa. And for every pack we purchase, a part is reinvested in the farmers and their communities. Callebaut has partnered with the Cocoa Horizons Foundation who work directly with farmer groups, to support farmer training and empower young farmers & women farmers to excel in their craft.

The Vegan chocolate used in our Vegan Macarons is from Vegan Chocolat - by Plamil. All their chocolate is certified with the Rainforest alliance and made only with certified coco. Plus its 100% palm oil free chocolate.

Yes, all our macarons are suitable for vegetarians. We use Agar Agar in our gels & jellies. Agar Agar is a natural vegan and vegetarian friendly substitute for gelatine.
